Me too - it appears to be some sort of provider outage. For reference, mine was working when I checked earlier this morning, so it shouldn't be anything in particular to do with your specific instance.
We're also experiencing downtime on our end this morning.

Per the latest update I have from Appian at 18:39 ET, they are still working on/rolling out a solution:
"Team, We are still working on the roll out of the solution which was mentioned. At the moment, we are seeing positive results and can see service being restored to some sites. Please note that not all Sites or Integration will be accessible until the entire roll out is complete. We appreciate your patience on this."
Thank you very much, but now the Portal is not working, I tried to "republish" and it keeps loading for 1 hour and continues...
Most services have been restored but according to the status page there might still be some degradation - portals on CE sites might still be affected I assume (i'm currently unable to load my CE site's test portal as well). I expect all we can do at this point is wait for services to be fully restored.
