We are building an Appian mobile app where there is requirement to open phone contacts by clicking button in form and when we select any contact we should be able to fetch the email address of selected user.
Could you please suggest how to incorporate this?

I am not aware that this level of system integration is supported. What is possible, is to use various link schemes in addition to HTTPS like TEL which initiates a phone call when clicked.
