Can't access the Admin Console

Hello,

I've just started doing the "Build an Application: Step 1 Create Users and Groups" exercise and need to create users and groups. When navigating to the Admin Console the error is shown "Error 403 - Forbidden". I've checked my user's preferences. My User Type is "System Administrator".

Can you help me please to understand what I'm doing wrong?

    This issue was resolved by simply login out and then login in back :) For some reason the system didn't recognize my user type correctly at the first login.

    In the Application Designer (site.com/suite/design) you will see a tab called 'Users'. You can add new users from this tab. If you can't see it, that means you are not a system administrator.
