I have a docx template which has notes and footers, but when I make a conversion to PDF, the file doesn't keep these footers and notes (except the footer which is in the first page, if it is the only unempty footer). I need to put a note in the PDF or a footer in the second page. I tried putting a table or a textbox in the footer in word but the problem is not solved. The plug-in version is 1.0.7 and it is used by a lot of objects inside the application, so I'm not sure updating the plug-in is a safe solution.
