I want to create a password protected zip and while executing this plugin, it creates the zip but it is not password protected zip file. Also, while I trying to extract the files from zip, getting error for all the files in zip.
I am facing the same issue with another plugin (Zip Utility -> Create Zip File) from same provider.Please check the screenshots below:

Do you see any error in logs when running the smart service?
David J (NTT DATA) There are no errors in the log. Smart service executes fine and process completes without any errors. If password is not provided, then zip file works fine and files extracted properly. The issue is when we provide a password to create a encrypted zip.
Without more info, you should open a ticket to appian support....
