We are using dynamic dropdown functionality of Advance form utility.The problem that we are facing is when the forms are chained and we allow user to go to the previous form and that previous form has these dynamic dropdowns then earlier saved values are not persisting in the drop down even though the values present in PVs.Please suggest some solution/workaround .

You can put some JS into the onLoad event of the form itself to populate the dropdowns.
