I'm trying to figure out how we can set up alerts based on the metrics in our Health Cloud Metrics reports. For example, we're able to see the CPU Utilization metrics to the servers that are hosted in Appian. How can we set up an alarm/notification to alert my team when it hits a 90% threshold?

Not sure if that's required if you're in the cloud. They should have alerts on their side and notify you something occurs.
Yeah, we've had cases opened in response to issues in our environment - which is great - but what we're looking for is something that's a bit more customizable. For example, if one of our servers maintains a cpu utilization rate of almost 100% for an extended amount of time, we'd like to be alerted based on a threshold we set and possibly in more ways than just email.
