Error in Appian while creating a robot - Expression evaluation error [evaluation ID = X7SEV] : An error occurred while executing a save: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.NullPointerException

Is this an ACE site? Do you already have another robot created? Keep in mind that users are limited to only 1 robot per ACE site.
I am creating first Robot, following the steps in Appian online training document "Step 2 - Get Soccer Stats with RPA.pdf" . It is unsuccessful and showing following error message:
Expression evaluation error [evaluation ID = ZATGH] : An error occurred while executing a save: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "com.appian.operationsconsole.client.models.ResourceCreateResponse.getResourceId()" because "resourceCreateResponse" is null
