Proxy auto-login with AppianRPA config file

Although the config file has been compiled correctly, appianRPA's "autologin" service to the proxy doesn't work.

The proxy popup is not handled autonomously, but, when opening any URL on Chrome, one has to fill in the fields manually and click Login.

Following the official documentation of AppianRPA (docs.appian.com/.../agents.html, section "Generate config file") the config file is correctly set.

Furthermore, also following the official documentation (docs.appian.com/.../manage-robots-installation-config.html, section "Configure a proxy for the auto-login service"), the management of the AppianRPA auto-login service has also been set correctly by following all the steps (environment variables, section "Log On" of the Auto-Login service).

How can i fix this problem?
