Is your process model chained from the Start node through (and including) the node that applies the update. If the chain is broken before this update step then control is returned to the User and the page is refreshed, but you're effectively in a race condition where the refresh and the update are racing, and where it is likely the refresh happens BEFORE the update is applied.,
The Process Model is completely chained and i dont see any change.
..any sub-processes that are being called? These also need to be fully chained end-to-end internally.
I assume there's an update to a database being applied here. Have you checked that the update is being applied correctly to the database record? (if nothing's changed then the refresh is simply showing you the data that hasn't been changed!)
1) I am not calling any sub process inside my Process model.2) I am using Write to data store entity node after the form .But i can see the data is already getting updated in Database.
Activity chaining can break for other reasons also.
Can you also check for these in your process model?
Once you're returned to the User Interface, if you manually refresh it (maybe a few times) do the changes eventually get reflected?
Can you share a screenshot of your process model?
If you have any Sub Process Model used, can you ensure they are activity chained as well?
Actually Once i click on submit the form needs to be closed(Changes are not shown to user in this case). But in my scenario the screen doesn't closes after i click on submit. But when i refresh the browser the form closes.
Is the ‘submit’ attribute on your button component set to true? If it isn’t then your button isn’t submitting the form.
