Hii i am getting an error in interface whenever i am starting the process. I have applied activity chaining to open back to back forms, first form is opening but the second form is showing this error. Can anyone please help me with that?

We might be able to help when you share the model and some more details.
This is the process model i am adding the data in the first form and then generating the file using ms word and then in the User input task i want to download that document so i have given document download link to download that document. Everthing is working fine even the process variables is also taking data and generated document but the interface is given error.
Make sure you are passing a valid user/group in the assignment tab of UIT
Can you share a screenshot of the active process instance where we can see that the second task is active?
