Hi, i did the exam in september 2022 and i didnt completed any realeased showcases. my cerificate is now inactive. what should i do? if i now look into them will the certificate active?

No, you have to take the exam. The released showcase will extend the certification validity if it is active.

is there any other way than taking exam again? because it still not expired. only inactive

When is it expiring?

Please correct me, I thought if a certificate is Inactive, then it is an expired one.

Yes It will be active. Appian says Practitioners with an inactive status have gone 12 months without completing required training but are still certified. Inactive practitioners may become active again at their same certification level through completing required training.

Better do it in release order and note, it will take 2 business days to update Certification status and changes to appear.
