I want to complete my L1 exam but the account I'm using is created by company's mail Id ,is it possible to merge 2 id's to same account so that i can have my certification linked to my personal account as well

I don't think that is possible. But what you can do is, when you leave the organization, you can just mail support@appian.com and community@appian.com to transfer your entire data from your organization email ID to your personal email ID.

And this transfer will include things like your certifications, community discussions
It won't include your connections on the community, and your environment linked to your official email ID.
