Adding colleagues to Appian feed on Sprout Social

Hi everyone,

I’m signed up to the Appian feed on Sprout Social https://advocacy.sproutsocial.com/feed (formerly Bambu). It’s been a great source for Appian articles. However, I have no idea how I signed up originally and no idea how to have a colleague of mine sign up as well. In my personal settings I'm not an admin, team lead, or anything like that.

Please could someone assist in the steps to have a colleague of mine sign up, so that they too can access the Appian feed on Sprout Social? Or is as simple as creating a Sprout Social account and searching for Appian?

Its more of a question for Sprout Social as compared to Appian Community in my opinion. Basis general understanding if your colleague created a Sprout social account and add 'Appian' as one of the topic of interest it should work.

Hi Harsha, thanks for the reply. Two of my colleagues tried creating Sprout Social accounts but the verification emails never came through. That's what got me thinking that either it's a Sprout Issue, or someone in Appian needs to approve it.
