All nodes in process instance are completed but process instance got cancelled

All nodes and sub-processes are completed but this process instance somehow got cancelled, can anyone advise what could be the cause?

If it’s a sub-process, confirm if the parent process might have been canceled.

By any chance, are you hitting a terminate node anywhere in the main process, on a parallel path?
