Appian Academy's videos stop in the middle of playback

Hi,

I am starting the online academy course (Appian Dev) and the playback stops in the middle of videos.

I have tried Chrome, Edge and IE, all gave the same result. Anybody encounters the same?

Hi there,

Not the playback issue but I faced a problem with the audio where the audio stops playing in between. Anyway, if it is happening with all the videos, you can write an email to the community or raise a support ticket for the same.

I have the same problem, along with others in my team. For me, everything stops at the 2min mark.
I thought it was our own network until I've seen this.

Problem persists. Mine stops quite randomly, but below 4 mins.

I have been doing what I can (i.e. restart, clearing cache, use different browser (Chrome, Edge, IE)). Nothing works. Please help.

The workaround is to play these videos on Mac (Safari).

Changing to other Windows machines didn't work.
