Appian Cloud Database Time Zone is base on where?

Hi,

I am confusing datetime value how to handle in appian?

Confirm in my cloud environment .Datetime value does not show correctly.
What wrong is it?

Database is always UTC. Display in Appian is always in the timezone as defined in your account settings.

Datetimes are saved from Appian in the database in GMT.

The datetime displayed on the interface is user’s specified timezone（local time）.
