Appian Community Password Reset ?

I want to reset my password for appian community but not able to reset, When I click on forgot password I got a mail Password can only reset by administrator.

Already send a mail to appian community regarding reset my password but not getting any response. Anyone have idea regarding this issue please help me out.

Appian community was upgraded to SSO platform. From the community website -

https://community.appian.com/

"We recently upgraded our Appian Community Single Sign-on (SSO) platform! 

If you joined Community before September 30, 2021, please check your inbox for an email with the subject "Update your Appian Community credentials!". After clicking the link, you will be prompted to update your password and set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Please follow this quick process in order to log in again. Self-service password reset requests will not work until you upgrade your Appian Community account "

Didn't receive any mail regarding "Update your Appian Community credentials!". 

Multiple times send mail to community@appian.com but not getting any reply.
