Is there any way that   Appian can identify content  from email.

    there is a requirement to approve use case from email itself and in email  we can provide comments if it is rejected. is there any way that appian can identify content provided in email by approver???

    You can send emails to Appian and the content is available for extraction. Do you have any specific question?
