Appian Slowness Issue

Hi All,

Since last week i am facing Appian slowness issue, for me all Appian environments are slow but working perfectly for other users. Tried opening in other browsers / Incognito mode cleared cache and other browsers settings but still facing same issue

    1. Delete all active/completed process instances.

    2. Delete unused documents from knowledge center

    try restarting the app server, as user login distribution may happen.

      It is happening only for me not for other users. And i have 5 different appian environments which all are slow

      When you say it is happening for you, Is it admin user or business user?

      Hi, 

      If it's permitted, can you try logging in to Appian using your mobile or tablet just to make sure the issue is not with your user account. If it's working fine in other devices, we can confirm that the issue is in that particular device.
