Appian Usage Insight application

Hello everyone,

I've installed and I'm testing Appian Usage Insight application; 

please, is there someone who knows this app? At the moment I'm not able to make the app "read" the Basic User type users, and I'm not understanding how to solve it

    i am not familiar with this app, but perhaps you can share your error messages and its a not thaaat application specific error :)?

    Hello Richard and thank for your feedback.

    Appian Insight Usage is an application with allows you to gather information on user's group membership and last login date, for instance.

    I don't have an error, but while the app sees System Admin type username, it's not able to retrieve information for Basic User type username. As these are parametrized inside of the application, I suppose I'm doing something wrong.
