Application action visibility

Hi All,

We have an application where we use application action to trigger the process model and am able to see the action on tempo(DEV environment). Whereas I couldnt see it on TEST environment even though am part of same group as in DEV environment. 

Could you suggest any ways to troubleshoot this issue. I have

  • Checked application security
  • Checked process model security

Additional Information: TEST is on latest version compared to DEV now.

Hi, 

Verify once you have deployed the application configurations to the higher environment. In other words, check whether you can see that action in the application actions list in the designer of higher environment

Actually a particular group was denied from that application, Even though am not directly part of group, am part of administrator group of that particular group.
