Audit Trails Info

Can someone explain me the difference between milestone level audit and field level audit?

If there is any documentation regarding these topics, it would be really helpful as well.

Thanks.

A milestone audit only records the status transition.

A field level audit records the modifications of the individual fields.

Thanks Stefan. Is any doc that I can refer to, to get more info regarding these topics?

Not sure what you mean. In general or how to implement that in Appian.
