Barcode Image Generation Required

Hi all

We have a requirement to generate barcodes (EAN and ITF) images - we have the barcode numbers and all other related data.

Does anyone have a useable API or plugin (the barcode utilities plugin has not been updated in over 5 years so a bit fearful of using it)
