CDT field updated to multiple giving blank data in QE

We have one CDT in a Applicaiton which is developed by some other team (i think created using tables not sure ) we made 2 fields to multiple by downloading the XSD and uploaded it .

These changes worked fine up-to Preprod but after production deployment on production these fields are showing blank value in the QE.

I know creating the CDT by using table creates issue but dev, test and preprod we didnt get any error .

any pointer will be helpful as we have to resolve it ASAP

Hi Pooja,
Can you elaborate on "we made 2 fields to multiple"? Did you add two more fields along with the existing fields?

    know those are not array we made those array

    Not sure If you are even aware of what you are posting. What is this? This is related to Time sensitive Networking. May be you forgot to add the word Appian in ChatGPT.

    Did you verify the data store on PROD? Does the CDT exactly match the tables in DB?
