Changing the Summary View background

Is it possible to change the background of the summary view? Not the header color, which I know I can set, but the content background.

    for below case details, you can put those details in a card layout and change the style of the card

    Have you tried to use cardLayout or headerContentLayouts in the interface that you are using for the summary?

    Here I have used a card layout. You can try the other options as well since you do not want to use cards.
