Chat function

My customer wants to use the chat function.

We are considering linking the chat system from an external system, but we would like to complete the exchange of messages within Appian as much as possible.

Basically, the interaction is one-on-one, and it is assumed that the user will initiate a chat when making an inquiry to the administrator.

Please let me know if the above chat function can be realized within Appian.
