Creating new group - Name already exist?

In creating new group, I have recently created an application with the new group name Acme All Users, but I deleted my entire application and wanted to start over.

Now, when I create the same application name and same group name as Acme All Users, I see the error saying Name already exist.

Where do I go to totally delete this group so I can start from scratch.
