Customize Accent color for various UI components like - grid, button, etc.

We have a requirement, where one single interface we have 2 columns, in first we have, selectable grid and in 2nd column various links, buttons, etc. We want separate Accent color for selectable row and separate color for button. Is there a way we can use separate accent color based on the UX components that we are using.
