Dependents can not see process models

I suddenly find when I use Dependents to check the dependents. I can not see any process model in the dependents tree. I also check the other env, they can see it normally. I want to konw why it occurs, is it wrong setting or a bug of Appian. How to fix it.

It generally shouldn’t happen. Check you have been added to appropriate security groups or grant at least Viewer permission on the process models and their parent folders.

Yes I am the admin permission of all the folders

Last option would be, Clear the application server cache (contact Appian Support if cloud).
Or
Publish the process models to force re-indexing.

Is there any difference between the two environments? If not, I suggest to open a support case.

If there is any problem with the search server, you may get this problem. If your Appian is hosted on cloud, raise a support case and if it is on prem check the search server once.

Are you logged into a Basic User account as opposed to an Admin account?  If so, then the process model security settings could be impacting this, so I'd suggest you double-check that (among other things).
