In the Pricing Model of Appian Software, it mentions -

This represents the entitlement per application for Standard User, Advanced User, and Premium User. For Platform - Standard User, Platform - Advanced User, and Platform - Premium User, this represents the total entitlement across all applications.

What exactly is the difference between a "Platform User" and an "Application User" ?

Application User has access to a specific application within the Appian platform.

Platform User, on the other hand, refers to a user who has access to the Appian platform as a whole, meaning they can access all applications that the organization has set up on the platform (depending on the permissions). This type of user may have broader access, potentially across multiple applications, or to features across the entire platform.
