Question

Distribution list of the Appain group of the send email node

I have one send email node where we have added a group name in the TO .

 

Now few users are complaining that they receive the email but they cant see all the group members in the TO list.

 

where as other users receiving the email and seeing the TO list 

2 users from this group only see their email id in the TO , we have removed them from the group and added .

any pointer in this regards will be help full

Hi,

I would recomend compare the email headers of an affected user with those of a user who can see all recipients. Also, check whether the affected users are using a different email client or Outlook configuration.
