Do we have any plugin or any 3rd party code which helps in providing tagging feature like JIRA

Hi Team,

I would like to know that does Appian provide any plugin or 3rd party code for having feature like JIRA , where we can copy paste image from clipboard and tag persons in the comments section and also update / create incidents like in JIRA.

    What's your use case for wanting JIRA functionality replicated in Appian? Isn't JIRA sufficient for your needs?

    Hi Stewart,

    Business use case need some tagging @ tagging feature and some images copy paste functionality.

    We do have Jira but one of application needs so.

    DO we have anything like that available ?

    No specific plug-in. But I think you can achieve the outcomes you have expressed, if not in the exact way as described:

    • you can "tag" users by selecting a User from a User Picker. Once you've selected a User you can write that user to a database table that is associated with the 'case' that you're working in
    • you can upload files against a 'case'. You could restrict the file types to images only (e.g. JPEG) and you could then display those images in the 'case'. It's not "copy/paste" but you can get the same outcome
