Do we need to be a Partner(like Service Partner, Technology Partner, Reseller etc) to Publish Applications on the Appian App Market?

Our team is interested in developing applications using the appian platform and exploring options to publish them on the Appian App Market. Could anyone provide with more information on the partner plan available that align with our requirements? Specifically, we are looking for option that allows us to:

1) Build applications on the Appian platform using its low-code/no-code capabilities.
2) To publish applications on the Appian App Market.
