Document preview field not giving the document preview, showing the following error. By clicking one the link in the error the document can be downloaded successfully. How can this be fixed

    I have never seen such an error message. Can you help us with some background, code snippets, environment information?

    Have you tried to talk to the repository team for that file? It must be public or you must give permissions to Appian to view it?
