DocX from dynamic template Smart Service

Hi, 

When trying to convert the DOCX from the Template it is not retaining the Font Color while using DocX from dynamic template Smart Service.
Below is the template Format with the Font Color

Does anyone have the solution how to retain the Font Color

Hi,

I tried to replicate the issue you mentioned, but it seems to be working fine for me. The font color in the DOCX generated from the dynamic template was retained correctly.

Can you please mention the exact steps you followed so I can better understand the issue.
