Is there any way to control the size of text in dropdown values?

It is the text size of values in dropdown.

Can you be more specific. Is it Length of the characters or the Font Size that you are asking about. If its font size you can check out Stefan's blog post. If its length please mention what is the requirement.

It is about the font size in choice lables.

That cannot be changed. You can keep the label position as COLLAPSED and create your labels in the desired size using a!richTextDisplayFields().
