Error 404 - Page Not Found

Hi,

When we try to open/access any Process Models using the Appian designer, we are getting an error message like below. Any advises please.

We tried to login using Admin privilege account and basic user a/c, but the issue remain same.

"Error 404 - Page Not Found"
