ERROR ON RELATED ACTIONS - EXCERSICE 9

I´m working on the exercise 9 ( learining path) to Add a manintenance request as a related action.

I followed the exercise instructions: I made configuration on the expression editor Request Maintenance for the context configuration and also

as well as the visibility

Once I test

I got this error.

can you pls guide me on how to fix this error.

In your record list, you are using image field which is refering to a document but that document is not available in your Appian,
