Error received when opening form accepted by other user

In our application, tasks are assigned to users/groups and a person was able to view task even if its accepted by other user. But since our upgrade to 22.1 we are getting error if other user is opening it. Also when trying to view form through the instance we are facing the issue. Refer attached screenshot for error message.

We encounter a similar issue when trying to view a form through a process instance post our upgrade to 22.1. We had to contact Appian support and they mentioned this bug was a result of one of the 22.1 hotfixes. They fixed the bug from their end and had all our sites restarted to resolve the issue.

By any chance, could it be that you use "tp!owner" at a place where it does not exist or as a string?

This is a known bug that's already been addressed by Appian in a very recent hotfix. Please open a support case and ask them to deploy the relevant hotfix to your environment(s) when convenient for you.
