Exam not show

It has been a missunderstood because I scheduled the exam for today 12 AM but in my country 12 AM means at the morning, not at the evening so my boucher is no longer valid to take the exam anymore. Do you know if is there any solution to reschedule the exam to another day with the same boucher?

Right now, the state of my exam is "Not show" and is not longer valid.
