export data store entity to excel

Hi all

I am trying to export data store entity into excel via the process model and am receiving the following error. Kindly help out in this regard.

Error: 

An error occurred while attempting to setup the export for VOPS data. Please contact your system administrator for additional details. (APNX-1-4505-054)

    You will likely need to review the system logs to get some additional context on the error, this message alone does not tell us much unfortunately.
