EXPORT SQL to EXCEL

while trying to generate excel through smart node - EXPORT SQL to EXCEL,   
i am getting the below error in process -
The following error was raised by the Export to Excel function: Attempting to write a row[1] in the range [0,5] that is already written to disk.  
And getting the below error in interface - {"error":"APNX-1-0000-000","message":"Invalid Content ID","title":"An Error Has Occurred"}
