Export to excel for record type

Question

Hi Community,

I got an issue regarding "Export to Excel" button in the record type. The button is clickable but no action happens.

However there are 16,000 rows there and the source is data type.

Also, it happens to some users but it fails for me. We are all using chrome (although I checked Microsoft Edge and it is the same).

Could anyone suggest a solution please ?

I would suggest taking a look at the logs. Probably something failing somewhere.
