Feature request: profile picture upload size limit or downsizing

If enough app users upload excessively large profile pictures—and those profile pictures are then used in grids, for example—their application can bog down or crash. Can you limit users to smaller profile picture uploads, downsize pictures upon upload as needed, or create a thumbnail of the original picture for apps that use them?

If there's some other way to address this ourselves, lmk.
