File storage Limitation in Folders

Hi team,

We have a requirement to fetch the data from FTP server where the file exceeds 100Mb size or more and we have to store all those files(100GB) into Appian Folders. We are storing the files to display in grid and then download the file whenever required.

Is it recommended to store all those files into Appian, If not what is the best way to do so?

I do not know of a technical limitation in Appian. But, cloud storage in such dimensions can become a commercial challenge. I suggest to talk to Appian about this, and also consider offloading these files to a cheaper storage that fits your requirements.
