Forgot password - expired link

Unable to login suddenly (not sure why, the user does not seem to be locked).

Click [Forgot Password] sends a reset link, pressing (immediately) the link fails witn "Your Link Has Expired" message.

Weird!

Administrator would able to check your credential. Is it inactive or even to reset your password.

I am an Administrator.

If you're able to reproduce this with additional accounts, I'd recommend opening a support case as it sounds like a potential bug.

I am facing the similar issue, did yours got sorted?

In my case the user was a member of service accounts, which prevents her from logging in.

Open a support case and send an email to community@appian.com they will resolve your issue
