Groups Audit History

Can we have a Audit History of Groups, just to check who added the user and when? and which user have been removed and also for the date of removal.

In applications in which we need manual user & groups maintenance, we do this via processes and use an audit log to record any activities.

is there any default process in Appian to review Audit Logs??

No. I write that to a database table and display this to the users.

I have been looking for something at the appmarket but I haven't found something useful.
