Having trouble in login

Hi All,

In recent day, i encounter a weird issue. I am in a stage of Go-Live in my project. From couple of day back my credentials, has stopped working. I am not able to login in Dev and Test evnironment. whenever i try to login i get "The username/password entered is invalid. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive.". I reset my password from Admin console  and try to login with the temperory password i get the same message ""The username/password entered is invalid. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive.". I did forget password and got password reset link in my email, when i click that it say "Your Link Has Expired".

I created new account but still same result with that.

Kindly help me here.

    Is it possible your account is locked out? If you try an invalid password too many times, you account can become locked. I believe it eventually will unlock automatically, but you can also have another system administrator check your account to see if it is locked from the admin console.

    Thanks. i have another Admin account with me. can you please help me how to check is my account locked out?

    In the Admin Console, click on the profile you want to check to open the dialog with the user details. If you are locked out, you will see a message in the bottom of the dialog along with a link / button to unlock the user.
