how can i add one image to a word docx document

I'm trying to insert one  image to my word document i have seen a lot of post about this topic but any of them work for me most of them tell how to add an array  of images  but i  just have  one image that i want to be shown in my word y  updated the field in the word document

i also edited the fields

i have the image as a bookmark

i sent the  image as dinamic cdt  with and without the index added

i made sure this constant has a value also this constant is referring to a image  i tried to pass in xmlformat  converting my pv variable and converting it into a document to make sure and nothing

i also tried to  add the image as xml
